Does your anger affect your relationships? Work? Health?
Whether you yell or stuff your anger, this workshop is for you.

Using the Century Anger Management Model,
combined with powerful imagery and cutting-edge
stress management techniques, learn the tools of:

- Stress Management and Self-Care
- Developing Empathy and Social Awareness
- Responding vs. Reacting
- Changing Self-Talk and Ineffective Personal Beliefs
- Assertive Communication
- Expectation Management
- Forgiveness
- Retreating and Taking Time-Outs

Whether you project your anger outwards and have outbursts at the most inopportune moments, or you stuff your anger and keep it to yourself, this program is for you. You'll learn healthier ways to manage your anger and to help improve personal and work relationships, and to help improve self-esteem, physical and emotional health, and to feel better about yourself overall. You can attend voluntarily, or if you've been referred by someone else and are looking to help yourself solve this problem.
